Gadget of the Week: Water Pebble

Described as “a world’s first” in saving water while you shower, the Water Pebble is a gadget worth having. The inventor, Paul Priestman, was inspired by a hotel shower sign which read, “Please use water sparingly.” Priestman later came up with the Water Pebble which calculates the duration of the first shower you take and then provides signals for when you should finish showering. The signals come in the form of traffic lights telling you when to stop. Then for subsequent showers, the device fractionally reduces your shower time making it shorter over time.
