I was traveling to Northern Argentina recently to film a story about a sustainability project happening in the rainforest there, and let’s just say some things didn’t quite go to plan.
First, I got a flight to the wrong airport (totally my bad).
Then there was a major storm that ripped down power poles and power lines in the area, so we were without electricity.
Next up, the generator that was going to give us power for 3 hours a day and allow me to recharge camera and drone batteries stopped working.
Through all of this, it reminded me of the importance of flexibility and understanding that you can’t always control what happens in life, but you can control how you respond to those situations.
In this episode of The Zone of Impact, I share how developing the ability to be very flexible in your life can lead to a much lower level of stress and an increase of fulfillment both personally and professionally.
