Drink more fluids than you think is necessary to stay healthy and boost energy levels throughout your busy schedule. If it’s hot out or you’re sweating a lot because of exercise, try carrying a reusable bottle around with you so that you always have some water nearby when you need it most. Drinking enough will also help relieve headaches as well as fatigue caused by dehydration.

Other fluids you should drink are fruit juices and low-fat milk. These are all great sources of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that the body needs to function properly. Avoid taking your car or public transportation for short distances, going on foot is a great way to improve your health! It’s not only good for your physical wellbeing, but it can also help clear your head and make you more productive.

Make a list of the places you usually go by car or public transportation and try going to them on foot instead. You might be surprised at how close they are! If you live in a city, find safe routes that will take you where you need to go. Pedestrian areas and parks are great options.

Start with shorter walks and work your way up to longer ones. Walking is a low-impact activity, so it’s perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels. And don’t forget to bring your water bottle, staying hydrated is important when you’re active.

Improving your health should always be a top priority so make sure that you’re doing something about every day. Add more protein to a well-balanced diet and drink a lot of fluids to flush your system out. Make sure to cut down on bad habits like alcohol, cigarettes, as well as junk food so that your body could detox. Exercise on a daily basis and walk as much as you can every day.
