You might think of your 20s as a time of freedom and as a time when you are still between the world of teenagers and adults. However, when hip pain starts to creep into your existence, you may feel significantly older than you are. Here is what you should do:
Recall the Recent Past
Hip pain can come into fruition because of problems in your body that require the assistance of a doctor. However, your hip might also hurt because you recently injured it. Take a look at your planner to see if you recently engaged in any activities that could have caused hip pain. For example, as you’re flipping through a list of social commitments and work schedules, you may remember that you took a new dance class for the first time last week. While that doesn’t mean the class was definitely the cause of the pain, it could be.
Assess Lifestyle Changes
When you’re in your 20s, a number of changes come into fruition. You may be living with a partner for the first time, or you might be furnishing your first apartment. Trying to squeeze two people into a smaller bed could mean that you’ve changed from sleeping on your back to sleeping on your side. In an effort to save money for your rent, you may have purchased furniture that isn’t of the best quality. Take a look at new elements in your life that might be causing your hips to hurt.

In a number of cases, you will need to receive medical advice in order to solve the issues with your hips. You can start by going to your primary care physician to discuss the issue. Early Hip Pain is Serious

While this recommendation is often jarring to hear, take into account that the professional is offering you the solution that appears to make the most sense for your condition. Failure to heed the advice could make your problem worse.
