All growth occurs outside of our comfort zones.

When we’re exposed to new external environments though, whether it’s a new career, launching a new product or service or starting a new relationship, it increases the amount of uncertainty that we have in our lives.

While spending more time outside of your comfort zone is rewarding, it can also lead to sabotaging patterns of behaviour because of your ego’s perception that it’s ‘not safe out there’.

Instead of making those follow up calls, you procrastinate… Instead of eating clean, healthy food, you comfort eat.
