A terms of service page is an important factor for your website because it gives your customers the information they need about you. Without this, they will assume that you are hiding something. It should include how to contact you, what payment methods you accept, and other extra information that both parties need. The customer needs to know how much ground time will be needed but also whether international orders, large items, etc. will take more than one trip so that they can plan accordingly. Although a product page is an obvious choice, these four important pages mustn’t be overlooked and must be seen by customers. These include the privacy policy, warranty/returns page, shipping information page, and contact us page.
