Tara Wyborny is the Recruiting Lead for Genesis 10, a NYC staffing firm. She trains and mentors millennials every day to help smooth the transition from the classroom to the workplace. While teaching the necessary job-ready skills many young adults don't learn in college, Tara specializes in coaching millennials on how to properly negotiate things such as salary and benefits. Previously, Tara worked at Honda of America Manufacturing leading their college recruiting and internship programs. Tara received a bachelor’s degree in management and human resources from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. In her free time, Tara enjoys cooking, playing tennis and golf and watching college basketball (Go Hoosiers!).
