As a natural teacher, Allie Purdy has been sharing her passion of yoga with thousands of students for over 15 years. Teaching her first yoga class at age 16, Allie has grown and developed with the practice over time. Early in her career, inspired to understand the art and science of yoga, she journeyed to Chennai, India to study yoga therapy with A.G. Mohan. Now at age 31, she continues to bring her curiosity and passion into the studio, developing dynamic intentional flows tailored for specific needs.

Yoga is a great connector of people and has allowed Allie to work with a wide range of students, from AIDS patients to cancer survivors. Most recently, yoga connected Allie to the Soulshine Tour led by Michael Franti, where she was featured as a principal yoga teacher. While on tour, Allie had the opportunity to visit a number of cities across the United States and share her love of yoga, not only with the musician on tour, but also with thousands of yoga students.
