Residents Set to Return to Fukushima 3 Years Later

Editor of Millennial Magazine, Britt Hysen, gives an update on the status of Fukushima three years after the disaster. Japanese officials have declared residents will begin to return home on April 1, 2014. Scientist expect radiation particles from to reach the West Coast the same month.
