This organic brewery is located in Middlebury, among the green rolling hills of Vermont. Wolaver’s holds the title as the first USDA- certified organic brewer. They have an impressive collection of fresh brews on tap. Stop in for a tasting and be sure to try one of their seasonal beers. The Oatmeal Stout is not to be missed. Beer Advocate scores it a 96, categorizing it as a world-class beer. If you are not centrally located to this brewery, fear not, many of their varieties are bottled and distributed to a liquor store near you, including the oatmeal stout. Cheers!
