Bikini Body Booze

Bloody Mary’s have forever been hangover havens. Trade in your usual sugar-packed, belly-bloating mimosa order and fuel your body with this superfood powerhouse. It checks all the boxes to give you that banging bikini body all while keeping you bouxi at this summer’s boozy brunches.

The Magic of A Bloody Mary

What’s the magic behind the Bloody Mary? Let’s break it down.

First, tomato juice is basically a cleanse. Containing the powerful antioxidant Lycopene, you’ll be lowering your risk of cancer on the inside, while boosting that sun-kissed glow you’ve been putting in extra hours at the pool for. Additionally, tomato’s vitamin-C fueled immunity boost is the added bonus you’ll need after your lip locking escapades with your sexy new summer fling.  Certainly, this bad boy will keep your belly feeling fuller and looking flatter with its high fiber content.

Notably, if you’re going to drink alcohol, the clearer the better. Clear liquor is less caloric and easier on your body. Vodka clocks in at only 97 calories and zero carbs per serving. (Keto’s rejoice)

Most importantly, this Bloody Mary offers a special ingredient that is a gateway to health. Let’s take a minute to talk Turmeric. One of the most powerful herbs on the planet, turmeric is appropriately one of the wellness world’s most trending superfoods. Turmeric is an incredible source of the renowned healing compound of curcumin. Together, they pair up better than Batman and Robin to make you into the superhero you’re born to be.

For example, this special spice is among one of the most effective anti-inflammatory compounds in the world. This means it’ll help you win the war against some of the fiercest of villains including cancers, diabetes, arthritis, IBD and obesity. Also, it has been shown to be as equally effective as Prozac in managing depression. Next, turmeric transforms your skin with acne-busting benefits and a sun-kissed glow that all of your friends will be envious of. The secret hack to getting the most out of turmeric’s magic? Pair it with black pepper. By doing so, you’ll be enhancing your body’s absorption of the curcumin by 2,000%.

Looks like your latest fling isn’t the only bad boy you’ll be thirsty for this summer.
