Located in Miami, Florida gastrobus is a “mobile gourmet dining” food truck that offers fresh seasonal fish and meats. Founder, Chef Jeremiah, has an impressive resume that includes cooking in Spain as well as starting the company, Bullfrog Eatz, Inc. The 1962 Airstream can be found parked in Wynwood for Art Basel, a center that provides a platform for international artists. The food truck travels around the community and was even found at the 2014 Bonnaroo Music Festival.

GastroBus combines Asian, Latin and Caribbean food with some experimentation in order to create a special fusion cuisine. Some items on the menu include the Sloppy Jose containing “slow cooked beef brisket” with “tangy espresso Q sauce”, a lamb-fennel slider with “harissa hot sauce” and goat cheese, and a delicious sounding dessert called the S’More made with “homemade rosewater marshmallow” and Nutella spread.

Regulars of the eatery rave about gastroPod’s tasty homestyle meals and relatively inexpensive prices.
