Water Park of the Week: Aquaventure
Located in the Bahamas on Atlantis’ Paradise Island, Aquaventure is a 141-acre fun-filled water park. With white sands creating a stunning backdrop for the 20 swimming areas and 11 swimming pools, visitors of all ages come for the gorgeous scenery and amazing rides. Adventure seekers can enjoy five water slides with drops from as high as 60 ft. and a slide that runs through a clear acrylic tunnel submerged below a shark-filled lagoon.
On the other hand, for those seeking a more tranquil experience, the River Pool delivers gradual dips into the quarter-mile Lazy River.
