Art Museum of the Week: Chihuly Garden and Glass
With lavish galleries and a grand exhibition hall, Chihuly Garden and Glass creates a unique experience for all of its attendees. Displaying the finest craftsmanship, the ancient art of glass blowing is still alive and well in the heart of Seattle just next to the Space Needle. The artist, Dale Chihuly, claims that his style is distinctive because he hasn’t changed the technology from 2,000 years ago. However, he says he allows the natural forces of nature to command his art.
Tickets for this exhibition can be purchased for $22.00/adult, $13.00/4-12 years, and children 3 and under are free.
